SAG Mill Replacement.

Description:

Our Heavy Haulage team were engaged to transport SAG Mill componentry ex DMV from Port of Tauranga to Waihi Gold. The most cost-effective solution, which would also reduce road congestion over multiple nights, was to run 4No loads simultaneously in one night. 4No prime movers with multi-axle low loaders and 8 over dimension pilots were used.

These loads were meet onsite by our all-terrain cranes to be unloaded. From here, our newly purchased Demag TC2800-1 removed the old SAGMill components and installed the new componentry over a six-week period. All rigger/ dogman requirements and heavy lift rigging equipment was supplied in this package.
